Heights of mismanagement and negligence at fabfresh laundry service bangalore with respect to my order.
On enquiry i was told my clothes will be delivered on monday but they weren't. As i was on leave & traveling from wednesday i repeatedly told almost everyone from delivery guy to the customer care to ensure delivery by max tuesday night. It is such a shame to see how openly and cohesively all the representatives (Jabeen, pavithra and other customer care people) kept lying to my face till the very end that my order will be delivered after 7pm on tuesday. The only action these people managed to do was to sent me a message stating that they have received my order and will start processing it. This message is two days after giving my clothes! And that too after i told them i don't want any delay in delivery.
After not receiving any message related to delivery, i tried contacting again but my calls were not received. With no option left i called the delivery guy who finally informed me that my order won't be delivered on tuesday.
This means that they all knew but kept telling lies. If there was any slight hope of management left, it was marred by the service manager - mr srinivas.
My last resort was to call mr srinivas, the service manager, who (Like others) kept avoiding my calls. To see this kind of behavior coming from a manager tells a lot about this company. Finally somehow talking to mr srinivas, i told him i am not in city for a month from tomorrow so please understand and if required i am ready to pick up myself. He told me he understands (Or maybe he just pretended to) and told me that he will send my clothes through a cab asap. However the only thing i received was the bill message of my order stating to transfer the money. No cab came and when i called him he didn't receive my calls.
I seriously have no words! Professionalism is one thing, maybe that's too much to expect from this company this is just fooling the customers. Was this information helpful? |
