25 garments were given for wash. Only 24 of my garments were returned along with a man's handkerchief. They basically misplaced my garment. I have contacted them multiple times in the last week to pickup the unknown garment and look for mine.
At first they took my calls and said all will be fine. They share a picture of a random kurta on what app which wasn't mine. And after that they have been ignoring my calls and WhatsApp messages.They spoke to me once and every time I call them and share my registered no. to pull up the order number, they cut the call.
They are not even interested to come and take back the handkerchief.
How can a laundry service be so irresponsible. They dont take responsibility. they dont want to come collect the unknown garment. similarly my garment must be lying somewhere else. the unknown handkerchief has my order number attached to it. Does that mean they wash everybody's clothes together?
There are hygiene issues. They are not ready to answer any of my doubts and that leaves me no other path. Its not easy to buy garments in todays world. As I had a fracture in my leg i required their service. They treat this like they dont care and they are arrogant. Such companies shouldn't be given licences to run a business.
