Fabfresh — not delivering my clothes.

I have given you 2.8 kg of dresses for washing and four tops for washing and ironing.It was picked up from my place - Royal Orchid Suites on 15th September telling that it will be delivered on 18th. On 19th September u have delivered 2.8kg of washed dress but my 4 tops which was given for washing and ironing was not included in the pack. The person who delivered checked and told me that the items for ironing and Washing will come under another order id 43561 and the one which he has delivered was order id 43643. He also confirmed that order-43561 will be delivered on 20th.

Its been a week now that you have not delivered my clothes. From Friday I m in an argument with you customer care. I have told them the urgency and asked them to return even without washing . Everyday you have been saying lame excuses and delaying my delivery. Yesterday finally you had promised me deliver it today before 11 am and apologized for the fault happened. Again today you are saying excuses for not delivering and saying my dress was misplaced. Friday and Saturday you said my dresses are being washed and yesterday you said it's on drier when I asked for photographs. Today you are saying it's misplaced and then again saying you can deliver only tomorrow.
I am hearing several excuses for a week and can't wait for one more day.

I am ready to come there and collect if you are paying me the to and fro travel charges which also you are not agreeing to give. Please kindly escalate this issue and do the needful to get back the clothes today itself. I have also told them that being a native of Kerala I will have to travel back home and need my dress back before I go.Still I am not seeing a good attitude from your end.please understand the seriousness of the situation and make the arrangements to send back my clothes today.
