Hi,
I have given four blankets(2 double and 2 single) for dry cleaning last week(order no. 38781). It should have been delievered by yesterday as per my conversation with the customer care at the time of booking. But I have not received my blankets yet. Your customer care service is really pathetic. They lied to me yesterday and today as well by promising the delievery by yesterday and today respectively.
This is just to inform you that if I am feeling cheated and I am going to file a complaint against you in the consumer court. See you in court then. Was this information helpful? | 
Kept on calling everyday, for past thirty days but no positive response. People contacted were, Ms. Sowmya, Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Rakesh, Mr. Lakshman, Ms Usha, Mr. Bhuvana Rajaram. Today they are offering Rs2, 000 as compensation for the items which costed about a lac.
