I'm horrified at my experience with fabfresh. The only thing expected from a service like this is reliability and accountability. That is the sole reason a customer would pay that premium that they charge. I gave my clothes on a tuesday. I was told that i'll get them back on saturday. I had a huge pile of clothes - almost my entire wardrobe. I did not receive my clothes on saturday. Instead, i received a vague update about a short circuit that is causing delays in delivery. No expected date was mentioned. I called them and they assured me i'll receive my clothes by sunday evening. I requested them to do that positively by sunday as i had to travel on tuesday morning. I did not receive my clothes or any update on sunday. I called them again on sunday evening and they assured me that i'll receive my clothes on monday evening before 8 pm. All of this while, i was patient, and i reminded them again that i was traveling on tuesday morning so badly needed my clothes back on monday evening. I received no update on monday evening. I called them again and they gave me the short circuit reason again which seemed to be the default excuse that their team was trained on. I told them that i had called multiple times and needed my clothes that evening. They apologized that said that that won't be possible and that they would only be able to deliver by 11 am on tuesday. I told them that won't work since i was traveling, and requested them to then deliver it the next saturday positively once i'm back. After this, i received an update confirming my reschedule. No update or clothes on saturday. I kept trying to reach them and the numbers were either busy or switched off. I finally was able to reach them on sunday. They assured me that they will deliver by 6 pm on sunday. Again, at 8 pm on sunday, there were no clothes or updates. I called a person who seemed like a manager. He assured me he will make the delivery happen the same evening. After talking to me, there was no response or update from him and he began to disconnect my call.

I am shocked at how little their commitments mean. I'm anxious because they are in possession of my entire wardrobe, the value of which would be easily over a lakh. I have no faith in their words or services anymore. I've wasted enough time following up to take away from any value that their service would add.
