Fabfresh — order not delivered | |||||
This is regarding order #28113 placed with fabfresh (Client phone number:[protected]) on 9/dec/2017 for dry cleaning service. The person from fabfresh arrived and collected the items we received the confirmation sms that the item received fabfresh facility. From this point, we have been following up with fabfresh team for delivery and dispatch of items. It is 30+ days and item is not delivered. Every time i call the support team, i get the same response that the item is getting and will be delivery in next 24 more hours. Customer care on jan 3 replied over an email that there are facing problems tracing the order. Today it is jan 18 my item is undelivered. It sound like i am victimized by fabfresh as there is no delivery of item and there is no further commitment from company on when this can be delivered. Need justice. Desirable resolution of my complaint is a commitment on delivery of my item or to compensate with refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
