I had given 14 clothes for wash and iron (ID No.19110) on 17th June 2017. They promised me delivery in 3 days time. But even after a week I did not get my clothes. When I called to check they delivered my clothes. When checked I found that one T-Shirt was missing. When called back, they said it has gone to another customer by mistake. It will be collected from him and returned back to me in a day's time. It is more than 2 days and I am yet to receive the T-Shirt.
I have called almost all the numbers in Fabfresh. They pick up and cut the call once they hear my voice. Their seniors refuse to pick up calls. Their call centre staff are hopeless- they dont bother to respond, i am not even given any manager's contact details. Over all hopeless customer care service
