Fabfresh — the order is not delivered for more than 2 weeks and false updates provided

I placed an order at fabfresh laundry on 4th october and the order was supposed to be delivered on 7th october.
Post 4th october, i was not able to login to my account to check the order status as otps were not sent to my number for login.
In order to chase the order status, i tried reaching the customer support through calls. For 3-4 days, they told that the order will be delivered next day morning but it is not delivered till date. When i asked the customer support people to raise a complaint and share the complaint number with me, they asked me to raise it on my own by mailing them.
I started mailing the customer support team and again got the same reply that the order will be delivered next day morning without fail which did not happen as expected.
