I was purchased the Fab Home Turin Queen Bed With Box Storage item from them on 30.06.2015 at a price of 12000/- . But, it was disappointed. The item quality is very very less. The head portion of the storage bed has broken on next day of installation. Very cheap item and having least quality. How are they able to sell this item at the cost of Rs-12000/-? .It is quite unbelievable price for this cheap item. I hope this item may costs around Rs-3000/- based on the quality of particle board used for the item. Hence, they had stolen my cash around Rs-9000/- .Moreover we paid the unloading charges here at the time of delivery and after that we paid the installation charges. I tried to convey my queries to them, but they are not ready to address me. Totally it was head ache for me. I never expected such practices from them. My hard earned money had stolen by these fraud people due to delivering of this cheap item for huge price. At the time of purchase through website, they were not mentioned in anywhere about the quality of board or thickness of particle board used for the item manufacturing.
Really I am fed up with them. They are fraud.
