My order no[protected], placed on 30th Dec 2016 has been updated on my account as delivered, however the same has not been delivered to me. I have raised the concern with Fab Furnish Customer Care vide case no 3708495, its been 4 days since the issue has been raised and have not received any revert from the team, as opposed to their commitment of responding in 24 hrs. I have been calling them everyday and the customer care executive have not provided any information or solution as well, they say they are not equipped with information and when asked to share an escalation matrix for raising the concern with higher authorities who may have the information they refuse to do that as well.
The status of order on my profile still says delivered, when the product never reached me.
One is being inefficient but being unapologetic about it and not fixing the issue is another level of inefficiency and extremely sad service.
