I have cancelled my booking wid fabhotels on 3rd Sept for 5th Sept and i got a response that Refund would be completed in. 5-7 working days.
However since then they have been giving me same excuse that they are having technical difficulty and each time they raise a new refund request. Refund amount is ₹ 29970/-
I have cancelled all bookings with Fabhotels due to this harassment.

We are an Indian start-up and are trying to solve the pain of consumers of hospitality industry vide our award b winning platform. We tie up with various hotels and assist them in providing world class hospitality and also procure booking rights of their rooms. However, in spite of our best effort Hotels have complete freedom in the operation of the hotel which includes terms for admission in the hotel.
We would like to apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment that the client experienced in dealing with our company recently. We assure you that the client’s complaint will give the opportunity to remedy any problem that may exist and help us to improve our service further.
The Company has investigated to the customer’s complaint and would like to inform that the company had initiated the refund on the 21st day of September 2019, however, due to technical issues, the refund was reversed and has been re-initiated to the guest's source account on the 30th day of September 2019 and it should reflect in the Customer’s account within 5-7 business days from the date of re-initiating.
We will be in contact with the client in the coming days to make our best attempt in regaining their confidence in our company. In addition, we will further evaluate how we can prevent this type of problem from occurring again in the future.
