Fabhotels — fab hotels fraud on my booking

Hi,

Today is 5th april. I have made booking on fab hotels for 19th apr to 22nd apr (Fab khems) using mobile number - [protected].
I have called fab hotels and customer support executive has created my new user id and i had 500 fab credits in my wallet.

Customer support executive didnot used 500 amount from wallet to make this booking. This is a loss of 500 rs to me.

I have raised this concern on 4th apr with fab executive on facebook page of fab hotels and after that they did a
Fraud with me and did 5-6 bookings and used my fab credits. If person has to use fab credit then otp should come to
My mobile number and i have not received any otp and they have used all 500 fab credit from my account.

After that they have made 14-15 fake booking with some other mobile number (95*) and claiming that it is my booking.

Yesterday i have called and discussed this issue with fab executive mohd. Ulwar and deepali and they assured that
My issue will be resolved in 3-4 hours but nothing has happened.

Today on 5th i got call from kunal from escalations team and he was also not aware of those fake bookings instead he
Trying to make me feel happy that we have used your fab credits for other bookings. This is disguiting.

I want a resolution as i am really frustated with fake and fraud booking and not utilising my fab credit as time of
My booking. I want my booking from 19th apr to 22nd apr of fab khem's as free as i am suffering from this harrassement from last 2-3 days.
