Fabhotels — pathetic service

Dear sir,

I am vedang sawant staying in room no 101 at prowell cap rock fab hotel from 15th oct to 21st oct in hyderabad. I had 2 bookings 15th to 18th & 18th to 21st. I have made the payment for 15th to 18th but i am not going to pay for my second booking from 18th to 21st. I have the following reasons for not making the payment:
The breakfast is pathetic there are no fruits or juices. The authorities don't even switch on the ac in the restaurant in spite of requesting them.
We asked for plates, spoon & fork for which the answer we received was that its not available because of some party going on in the restaurant.
There is only 1 lamp in the room the false ceiling lamp is not functioning properly, moreover the hotel is not taking any efforts to repair it.
Toilet papers are not being provided we have to ask them for it. Also the shower is not functioning properly & its still not repaired.
The room is not cleaned in spite of telling at reception & putting the tag at the door.
Whatever we order like towel or soap or plates or water, it comes after an hour.
Considering all these points how can you expect us to pay the bill of inr 4138.
Still i have paid the bill, but i need a refund of my money as i am not at all satisfied for what i have paid
