I had made a booking with fabhotels for[protected] to[protected] with booking id 3JIJLR but because of Covid this booking got cancelled and fabhotels instead of refunding the amount to my payment source refunded it to fabhotels wallet linked to my account with a condition that it should be utilised within one year, this condition was not there when I made the booking otherwise I would not have made the booking in the first place. I requested them for the refund to payment source but all in vain. Was this information helpful? |
