Bad experience during journey from mumbai to ahmedabad

Promise from falcon travels while booking ticket :
Drop point : ctm / narol / vishala (Ahmedabad)
Dropping time : 7.00 am to 7.30 am

Falcon travels always did :
Drop point : hathijan (Outside ahmedabad)
Dropping time : 9.00 am

Driver always increases journey time. Because they donot have to enter ahmedabad city & always drop outside ahmedabad (Where no uber & ola are available). And auto rickshaw charges rs. 300/- for ride to paldi taking another 50 minutes.

    My name is kalyan ambhore, i was traveling form ahmedabad to pune, dated 5th october 2018, seat number 11. Pnr no.82498776. Due to falcon team irresponsibility my bag was taken out by someone else even though there was a seat number noted on the bag. I noticed that my bag is not there in the baggage compartment at the side of bus when i reached pune. They r not ready to drop my bag at my nearest point even though there is no mistake of mine. They have wasted my time and my day. I want my bag as earliest at kasarwadi stop.

      The condition of the bus is very bad.
      Even after giving so much ticket price gives seats, where water is dripping.

      Ac are not working properly.
      The condition of the bus is very bad, we always travel by the falcon bus.
      We are very dissatisfied with your service.

      I paid 4410 rs for sleeper coach for 3 person from pune to sagwara. So per person it cost 1470 rs nd when i saw my sheet der is no blanket nd charging soket is not working no tv nothing. Eagle falcon is the worst travel agency i ever saw. So plz people dont use such type of travels. Its my humble request to take action against dis travels...

        Hi,

        Please don't rely on falcon bus services. They make false promises. The service is very bad.

        When we purchased the tickets, we have been informed that bus has washroom facility. But, when we boarded the bus, there was no washroom. The bus was not at all clean. They charge us higher rates. Please don't go in falcon bus. It is waste of money.

        I have not yet received my parcel from last 8 days, and no proper respornd about my material from your team . Material was from ahmedabad to pune, as i have the lr number but still falcon people cant find my material . Please get to this solution as soon as possible

        Pathetic service! Took a bus from Udaipur to Pune which was scheduled to reach by 8:30. The bus got late by 4 and a half hours for no reason making it 20 hours journey. However, the buses are always late and TV never works. Had the most terrible experience of my life. Never using your service again.

          Stop saying you have wifi when you clearly do not. Everytime i use this bus there is no wifi, and also everytime i use this bus the plugs which are on every bloody chair do not work. Bit of a piss take when i have work to be doing and my boss is not going to be happy. Also the driver could learn a either a few manners or some training in customer service, i know it's bristol so i'm not expecting anything grand, like a smile for instance, maybe just recognition that i've come to use the buss would be nice? Could also do with some new seats, although they are comfy enough, the colour and state makes me feel ill. Although i doubt you will take any notice of this complaint, let alone correct the situation, i fee this was an adequate way to kill some time on my journey... The journey with no wifi.... No music... No books. Just my solid 4g connection on m phone.
          On another note, sort your website out! It's a shambles! Unclear, un ordered mess of a website. Honesty, that's one of the simplest things to get right isn't it. Kids in primary schools are learning to create websites so i would expect a company such as falcon or stagecoach or whatever you calls yourselfs, to get right.
          No wait, there is more, i have literally just checked the lights above my seat, what a suprise! They don't work either, neither does the air con.
          So let's recap shall we?
          No wifi
          No light
          No aircon
          No customer service
          And this is a guess, but i can almost certainly say, no correction after receiving a valid complaint from a customer who gets your busses on a semi regular basis.

            My name is Miss. Khyati Bhuva. I have booked a ticket online in falcon bus for Mumbai to Anand on 27th May, 2017. I have selected my journey date 2nd June, 2017 at 2:00 am and selected Andheri pickup station and paid the amount of 1200 rs. online. . But at the last time on 1st June at 11:55 pm, the person from falcon bus called me and said that your pick up station is changed from Andheri to Ghodbandor road, Kashimira. So I have to hire a cab from andheri to kashimira for 960 rs.. very poor pickup service. At the last moment they have changed my pick up location. On that rainy night a single lady had to run from andheri to kashimira at 2:00am. And paid as much money as I paid for bus journey from Mumbai to Anand.. What kind of service is this? Why they mention andheri pick up station online if they ask passenger to come at their desired pickup station.. I am very disappointed with falcon bus. It's 3rd class. Very poor.

              I was travelling with this bus to ahemdabad on 24 th April. The bus met with an accident on highway. They arranged bus from Mumbai which was supposed to come in two hours or so. So passengers slept in a bus itself. These people didn't wake up all passengers when new bus came and we had to ask for lift on highway later. It was super third class experience. Spoiled all our road trip. Please don't go for it.

                  Doing fraud with customers for booking online and not coming for pickup. Worst bus service ever

                  Booked bus for Surat to Pune for 14March 2017, the arrival time for bus was 08:00 pm, however it did not come. So when I called Ahmedabad office they told to call Surat office, when called Surat office they told to call driver, when contacted driver he was not picking up phone, and then picked up after 5-6 attempt, and said bad words and shut the phone. Kancha Driver.

                  And then the bus finally did not come for pickup. Bus no. 337.
                  The charge taken 950 INR.

                  Then I called Surat office again at 9:30 then they told they cannot do anything for it as they have only franchise.

                    I book a falcon travel bus from 24 th night to indore, and falcon travel collects 150 rs. I infom that i need a receipt of 150 rs for submitting my office but bus people cant give me recepit and they says collects paldi office.

                    I returend from indore today morning and visit paldi office. First of all they dont have any records for my 150rs receipt and one of the falcon employ talk very rudly and say u miss the recepit. I says check ur camera otherwise talk to bus people who collect my receipt, they says i dont have faltu time.

                    O tell me what should i do,
                    This type o[censored]r attitude spoil falcon name and next time my friends, relatives and collegues inform that dont book falcon travel. Please take a action your employe of paldi area, ahmedabad

                      I have today book bus to the yatra.com android app.and I choose the 22 no seat and I ricive mail are 22 no but confirm number are 14 so why are the select number process this system are nobody follow .and next time I could not use yatra.com app this app is chiter and fake process follow. I contect falcon to say my probleam but nobody responce me.he says your booking no is 14 not 22 so who is right .I have a response to yatra.com and eagal falcon.

                        2. My Parcel was never delivered. I kept on Trying company. They kept on telling
                        we are looking into matter and solve your issue.I even asked my relatiives to visit there office at Surat, but received a very bad response. Then company laid of the matter and started ignoring my call.

                        3. With no option, while surfing net i filed a complaint with

                        INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS PROTECTION COUNCIL
                        A-701, Prakruti Pearl, Hiranandani Estate, Thane (West) 400607

                        They served a notice to company.I am putting that notice in attachment.

                        4. After getting notice company called me and promised to pay compensation. To which I agreed and gave them my account number.

                        5. After knowing that I live in Gangtok Sikkim with my account number courier company is denying to pay money.
                        They are now saying me to file a case in consumer court and telling me that there juridisction is mumbai so i will not be able to do anything.
                        I have all the records of communication with company in whats app. Wherethey had told me to pay back for lost good value of which was Rs.15, 000/-
