Worst service pune to ahmedabad & pillow is not in seat i will contact bus staff but bus staff is very rude conductor talk to me very rudd driver & conductor was drunk & drive bus no MP14ZH9966

Dear [falcon] Customer Service,

I am writing to file a serious complaint regarding the service I experienced on the bus traveling from Pune to Ahmedabad.

The service overall was extremely poor. Specifically, I did not have a pillow available in my seat. When I attempted to contact the bus staff (the conductor and driver), I found them to be very rude.

Furthermore, I have a grave concern that the driver and conductor appeared to be under the influence of alcohol while operating the bus (license plate number MP14ZH9966). Their behavior and apparent condition while driving are unacceptable safety risks.

I request that you investigate this matter immediately and take appropriate action regarding the staff members involved.
