I am Gagandeep Singh employed with HDFC Bank Ltd. & is enrolled with FHPL from last 5 years. I have submitted all original documents for reimbursement but they are marking unnecessary queries. I have provided them the details of admission & discharge on letterhead of the hospital along with stamp & signatures of the doctor & have even summarised everything on letterhead. I have even marked mail to them that please laise with the hospital authorities if any queries as guided by their customer care. But still they are marking query that discharge summary in not in proper format. I am being harassed now, simply useless services. Was this information helpful? | |||||
