[Resolved]  Family Health Plan [Fhpl] — Delay in insurance claim against policy no[protected]_ Emp. Id 161928_UHID # NIC43473082_Claim ID_[protected]

I would like to express my disappointment with the unsatisfactory
level of service.
I submitted a claim on August 16, 2021, but to this date, I have not
received my claim amount. I have submitted all the medical documents
twice and escalated them several times to the Grievance cell at
[protected]@fhpl.net and Shivakumar M, Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, [protected]@fhpl.com, claims, Rakesh Kumar, Lavanya M, Ramalinga, Letitia, Sanchit Sharma but it is of no use

Till now I have spoken with so many people but all are having lack
knowledge and just argue over and again. Whenever I call the contact
persons they will be either on leave or on the meeting, and not body
responds properly, don’t have the courtesy to call back or reply to
E-Mail. And if I call to call center they will put the call on long
hold and disconnect the call after some time.

The list of people with whom I have spoken till now is, Shivakumar and
Sanchitsharma (Contact persons for my company), Gijabai, Divya,
Lavanya, Letitia, Vinaykumar, Rizwana, Sumanth, David, Rakesh (Deputy
manager) Mary and so many but it is of no use at all.

In the last call, I had with Mary she said there is no SLA or TAT for
processing the claims and put my call on mute and disconnected.

Please help me to get the approved amount.
