Family Health Plan [Fhpl] — Claim Reimbursement Issue

I submitted all my claim documents on dated 1st April and it's almost 25 days I haven't received any confirmation regarding my reimbursement despite of my claim passed . Please let me know how much time it takes.

Overall[protected] employees in my company have FHPL insurance, if this kind of services you people have to provide to your customers after charging mediclaim fee on monthly basis. I will complaint to my organisation better to change the company . This is something insane, that we people have to run after you guys for are own money.

Their is no step is taken by company.This is call the datong of FHPL without doing anything thry confirm it is resolved.

FHPL team is least bothered about their customers. FHPL National Insurance sucks.
No one contacted me till date
FHPL is a bluff/bogus company that doesn't care under want circumstances the policyholder would be after spending all his/her hardened money towards the hospital. The reason people go for insurance is to live peacefully with no extra burden and to reduce that everyone opts for Insurance but in FHPL it's vice-versa. You pay money to increase your problem/Mental stress.

FHPL is a piece of ### with no professionalism and ethics. FHPL call CENTER is like a CIRCUS that possesses zero knowledge of the claim. Very Very Very Very Very disappointed with ### service.
