I was admitted in hospital on 22.05.2023 for hip replacement surgery and released on 27.05.2023.
As per insurance clause I have send hard copy of all original documents through courier on 26.09.2023 and acknowledge by TPA(FHPL) on 28.09.2023.
First they have rejected all by documents, later I understand that they entered wrong input.
After several mail communication they apologize their mistake, and correct the entry, but claimant name still wrong.
I have submitted a claim for Rs 14, 607.00 against my pre and post hospitalisation, but TPA(FHPL) throws lots of query. Responding their query I have send scanned copy of all the documents through mail, but they did not consider.
On 18.01.2023 I have received Rs 8, 783.00 only, and they are deducted Rs 5, 824.00 which is pertaining the purchase of medicines those are duly mentioned in my discharge summary, and one X-ray bill which I have done at the time of Dr. visit on 05.06.2023. Since the X-ray report was not collected I have send the X-ray plate.
Regarding this issue for less payment received I have send the last mail on 01.02.2024, but still there was no reply from their part. Was this information helpful? |
