I have had the worst experience with fashion and you. Firstly, the delivery of this site is very slow compared to other online websites for shopping. Secondly, the quality of its products is ever deteriorating. I have ordered a pair of kurtas which took a longer time to get delivered. I was very disappointed with the quality of the material and thus decided to return both of them. The return process itself is lengthy. After returning the order, there is no acknowledgement on the return status on my online account. The support team also is not paying much attention.
Its has been more than 2 weeks since i returned the not-so-good dresses, forget the money, the online status also says that the product has been delivered. Below are the details:
