I had placed an order num[protected] in Aug 2016 but due to the poor quality of the clothes I had to cancel my order and asked for a refund . The items worth 5699 were picked from my residence on 12th sep. And till date after 21 emails I am getting stupid automatically generated emails saying they are almost done with their processing and I would get my refund in next 5 to 7 days. God only knows what processing are they doing after a month too. On top of that these frauds aren't picking my calls on the customer support number. Today when they picked after a month as soon as I mentioned that my refund is pending the customer support guy disconnected the call and hasn't picked my subsequent calls. They are just harassing people .. Pls don't buy anything from their website. They fool you and send substandard goods which are not worth 1/4th the price charged. And then when you talk of refund ..This is the way they behave .

I have ordered for products from a website called as www.fashionandyou.com. i made the entire payment but i received the product with cheapest quality. I returned this product immediately and chasing this refund since last 6-7 months.
Dropping emails and calling them for refund.
Now after making not less than 50 attempts to reach them i was told that they are working on the refund and its in the process.
Even when i warned them of taking this issue to consumer forum the relpy was "no problem at all, please go ahead".

I should say that this is my most disappointing experience in my online shopping spree of 5-6 yrs.

To all those who are shopping with please stop doing it right away or some day or the other you are going to face the similar or even bigger problems. Its only because of such fraudulent companies many genuine websites are facing problem in india since people are losing their faith in online shopping.

I purchased one dress for my sister like two months ago from fashionandyou, hearing that site has good material and my friend had some credits as well. But little did i know the product i bought were not upto mark. So i returned it, but the refund for that dress is still pending. I have called fashion and you customer care hundreds of time and all i hear from them is the refund will get processed in a week, there is some problem doing refund because i have used so called their own credits.

Fashion and you is a big fraud and irresponsible online shopping website. They sell you cheap products with alluring pictures on their site. When you return the product, they never return your money.
My order #[protected] was received by them almost 3 weeks back, and everytime i call them for refund, they escape by saying that the issue will be forwarded to the concerned team.
I have given up hope on getting back my refund, but i will definitely keep warning others to use trustworthy websites for shopping online rather than cheaters like fashionandyou.
Worst online shopping experience with you guys. Have some shame and return my money.

I placed an order for purchase of one georgette suit with dupatta vide order no[protected] the same was delivred on 16/02/2016 and payment of rs 1034/= was made to the courier. Now the material of the product was not as per quality the same was returned on 17/02/2016 vide receipt no awb: fny 0048530.And inspite of many reminders telephone calls the refund amount is not credited to my account . This is one of the pathetic & worst experience. In context to my order ID

[protected], for which they took around 3 months to pick it as return despite several calls, moreover I am still lurking for my refund for which no initiative is shown from their end. I have made n number of calls, added to this is their poor & highly rustic, lame & rude customer care executive.

Nonetheless my several mail are left unanswered

Please help my refund against order numbers:[protected]lookslady printed orange khadi silk dress) and[protected]:georgette suit with dupatta and lining are pending since two months.

I am writing to them daily and calling every day they are saying please send us the courier receipts. although i have sent them 100 times already.
It is quite frustrating. please help me.

I have mailed fashionandyou team to refund my credit points in my bank account as one of the customer care executive asked me to. i did the same way and its not allmost 2 month, and they have still not refunded my money and everytime i call to customercare, they says they have already proccessed it and i shall get it in next 5 days. but i have never get any money in my account till today. date on which i sent mail to customer care id is 12th may 2016

I have ordered a saree cost 5700 and received defected saree and they said they will not return used item but I had not used this item how can I keep a defected saree in full price if not return pls give m half money I purchased this item for my sister's marriage now how can I wear it i had given it to tailer he said this is defected what can I do I hadn't used this if they not return this return my half money to purchase other saree or send me other

Order no.[protected] was placed on 5th june’16 and till date after doing many follow-ups on emails i have not received the product (Bansri sunaina necklace).
Every time i just receive a standard reply from the customer care department that they have escalated the matter to the concerned department and they are working on it.
I don’t know that how much time they will take to deliver the product, so today (26th june’16) i have asked them to refund my money (Rs.500) to my bank account.

Please help so that they will immediately refund my money now.

I ordered 'Metroz Pink Georgette Embroidered Anarkali Salwar Suit With Dupatta'

and it got delivered today.
It is the complete opposite of what it shows in the picture.
JUST SOOOO MANY MISTAKES. The stitching is horrible. Everything is out of line. I paid Rs.1410/- on this load of crap! The embroidery is totally not matching. The sizes of the the work on the sleeves and borders are different. It is a complete disaster!

I called their "customer care" which seems to just not CARE about who is calling them! For about 20 to 30 minutes I am on the line and no one answers! My balance got cut about an additional 40 bucks. Their return policy is to return the product within 24 hours! If they don't friggn answer my call how on earth am I supposed to return it within 24 hours! I paid so much for the dress and on top of that had my balance cut just so that they don't answer my call! Plus they wont even return the shipping cost and only the dress cost! which makes me at a total loss of Rs. 75/- up to now which will increase because of my need to call them and their "customer care ethics" of not answering my call!

I tried emailing them twice on their so called customer support email id. But my email does not reach their id and says that it is spam! I mean what the heck! This is the first time I email them and it turns out to be spam!

I want to return this piece of horrible horrible work and get a full refund immediately!

I have ordered a product with order id[protected] from fashion and you two months back. Since the product quality was not good, I returned the product. It has been more than a month but I have not yet received the refund. I have been following up with them almost every 2nd 3rd day and everytime I get a reply that they have escalated the issue without giving me details about by when I will be receiving my refund. I have written several emails and made several calls, yet they have not yet refunded. No company takes 1.5 months to refund the money. But fashion and you never gives a satisfactory reply and no refunding my money. They have been causing mental harassment to me since 1.5 months by not returning my money . I have also lost much of time behind this issue in vain.

I returned a bad quality product received from them (Fashionandyou) and was assured of amount refund of the same.

I was told they have raised a return request against "order no[protected]".

Its been 3 months since am chasing them now. Every time i mail them i get same response as below:

"we acknowledge your concern and apologize for the inconvenience cause due to delay. However we are looking into the issue on top priority and your request is already under process, kindly allow us some time regarding the same."

And its been 3 months now. And the reply i get is the copy paste of the same mail again and gain..

Such pathetic customer service they provide.

And i do want to escalate this matter. I wonder how many such people they are duping. We need to file a case against such cheating practice.

Anyone else faced issues with them (Write back to me). Am willing to file a consumer case against them.

I place a order with fashionandyou order number[protected] on 17 /03/16 there are two items and payment was made online (prepaid)
1 meson women's bhagalpuri half and half print sari which i never received and
2 ethnic for you chinku and black bhagalpuri spree which is returned on 3rd april after so many return request, total amount was rs997 but no refund till now i keep on calling and mailing them but they always make fake promises to wait till next week refund will be made please give some time and agents are very rude always same excuses due to technical error payment is not refund and we can't see status of refund.details of company

I have made an order from fashion nd you on 14April 2016 vide Order Number:[protected] Payment Mode : PAYUNB (prepaid). But i have not received the material till date; i already informed FNY over telephone(+[protected] several times about that but every time they told that refund will be made within 5-7 days. But till date i have not received the refund amount. I also emailed them couple of times but the same reply...i wanna attach a reply email they sent me on 27may'16.

The worst website i have ever shopped .. its been two months still the refund is not done .. i really wanna know as to why take so long .. i have called the customer care and every time they say it will be done is 3 -5 working days and now its been 2 months - this is the order no :[protected] placed on 31/03/2016 and the same was returned within 3 . .. the product was cancelled and no notification was also done . customer service is really bad no proper response from them . dont know as to why these website actually exist.. i really want to know what are they doing with my money .

dear sir on 23 of march i have return the product ( order number is[protected] of amount Rs 799, and they asked me my bank details and i have sand them all the details, but till now i haven't receive the amount in my bank account, i have call them so many times but they try to avoid me every time so many time i have told them that plz credit this amount in my fashion and you account but every time they that they have some technical problem thets whey they can't credit. and one of the floor supervisor he is very rued his name is jai prakash i have asked him to transfer my call to you manager Mr pawan but every time he told me that he is not available and disconnect my call
now i am very helpless plz help me to get my money return
