Fashion And You — Non Refund of money | |||||
Its been more than a month. The online shopping portal does not seem to want to return my money . First it took them 2 weeks to realize the product is wrong. Then for next 3 weeks they did not credit the amount in the online store. Finally I asked them to refund in my bank, and now after 5 days they say we cannot open your passport pdf. LOL. I guess they do not want to return the money and feel that by delaying like this the customer will get fed up and stop following up. Was this information helpful? | |||||
