Fashion And You — Product nt received , not replying calls and mails

This is regarding my order #[protected], with Fashion and you. I have already done the payment of this order and when i am tracking my order on the site, it says Your Item Has Been Dispatched Via Ecom Express With AWB #[protected]. But when i am checking the status of the said air bill number in Ecom Express site, it says tracking number is invalid.

Also, no one is taking call in their customer care center. I am not sure if this is scam, fraud business F&U is running, showing discounted product and taking payment but not at all delivering.
