I have ordered a dress from them and returned the product back for refund. I have still not received my refund. Its going to be more than a month.. I have confirmed with their logistics partner E - COM EXPRESS and they had confirmed that the product was received by the seller on 07th November, 2016. ITS 23RD NOVEMBER, 2016, I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND... THEY HAVE ALSO TAKEN BACK THE PRODUCT AND STILL NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY. I FEEL LIKE CRYING FOR SHOPPING WITH THEM. The reverse pick - up AWB NO. IS[protected]E -COM EXPRESS)... was addressed to Adah Trendz as per the return label sent by them. Sir, request you to take a strict action against such fraud website as they are fooling innocent people.
