Fashion And You — returns not accepted | |||
I had purchased a shoe from FNY on 14th feb 2015 (fashion And You webiste) online which was on regular sale flat 399 a sitewide offer of extra 20% off on that day (order no.[protected] I had earlier ordered the same shoe of different size and delivery address (order no.[protected] which I received and was happy with the product hence ordered again for gifting purpose. I made sure it had the return option before placing the order now, due to sizing issue I would like to return the product and wrote to FNY customer support. I got a reply as since, it was purchased under special offer no returns are accepted. I had purchased under regular sale and no condition as such was mentioned anywhere on the website or product details which I had verified while placing the order. I have the screen shot of same sale for different product & no where it's mentioned as its non returnable compared to a product with the clause. Please help to get a refund for the same. Thanks. I' be also ordered spykar jeans order no.[protected] in a regular sale. But the product is unfit and seems to be fake. now they told me that product is under no return policy. However no such policy is mentioned over there. Totally fake product and fraud services.
