We gave grand i10 car for repair after the car front portion damaged. There is no prior agreement nor estimation given at the beginning of the service. At the beginning they said orally the estimate cost would go around 1 lakh. After few days they have told us the repair is getting started and asked us to release some advance amount.in response we asked the estimation. But he took almost four months to give the estimation and the estimation was given for 5.5 lakh. At that instant we said not to start the service and asked them to return the vehicle. The person who took initiation at the beginning mr. Sai prakash goud said some parts were purchased and used in the car. But those purchase details are not revealed even for today also. When we insist them to show the purchase details, they were telling everytime like today or tomorrow it will be shown. But even till today also they failed to show us the purchase details. That too the purchase was done without our notice and intimation. Since then no one is responding properly on this issue. We have approached the the service center manager sreenivas also. Initially he pursued the issue. But no solution event for today also from him. The person who started negotiation at he beginning is sai prakash goud, also left the service center. Now the situation dragged to more than 11 months but no one properly resolving the issue. Need my car back with the same old condition.
