Fastag — charged twice, at toll booth and fastag at the same time

I have been charged at a toll plaza, from my fastag, at the same time the operator asked me to pay, i am trying to call the customer care they are not able to locate it after getting connected tried many times,
My vehicle no mh12rt9190.

I have attached the required details in the attachment.

I am requesting a refund for the fastag as i have already paid for the toll by cash with return.
Please review it and issue refund.
