Hi,
I received my fastag from hdfc by end of september. Tried to use it at multiple too plazas in north india but to my surprise it was not working anywhere. As per toll plaza officials some issue in reading of the tag even the hand machine also.
I lodged complain with hdfc fastag after trying 3-4 hours on the customer care nos (The most pathetic). I was told since you are first time user we will sent you an replaced fastag within a week. Since then i have been mailing them with all data s and it is now more than 2 months of waiting and absolutely nil response on mail.
I have trying to call them but it is now 2 days of trying the number never gets connected (Please try whoever is reading — [protected]). The most poor service i have ever encountered.
Now government is making it compulsory at toll plazas. How can we use it when proper customer care and infrastructure is not there to support it. I have already deposited rs 1000 and unable to use it.
I am attaching an image of my fastag which is not working since the day i received it.
Kindly help...
