Fastrack — Company not respound

Iam purchased watch from fastrack offical showroom on (26/01/2025), they told watch in good condition latery i reached home i check watch, but time is show wrong, my home 40km away from showroom, so my next work on april month so i come showroom on (22/04/2025) they told i need 15-20workingdays needed to service your watch, i told ok after 25days later i go showroom they told your watch is good condition laterly i reached home that same problem again i go showroom this time stictly i need replacement for my watch but they told no replacment only service they new watch need how many time service overall travel expancies is rs2500 for petrol whats this behaviour ineed new watch...
