Fastrack — cracked glass | |
Hi I am Sruti from kochin. I had purchased a fastrack watch from lulu mall Cochin on the 8th of may 2015. Day before yesterday ie, on 18th may, my watch got damaged and when I went to the store the respected person in charge told me that the glass part doesn't have any warranty. I have been using titan products for the past 10 years and is this the way you treat your customers?
Either you replace my product or I am filling a case against titan in the consumer court
