Fastrack — Deep scratches in back side of watch (ng3099sl01c) | |||
Dear sir, I am using fastrack watch model ng3099sl01c, I was very happy with fastrack brand, but in above mention model i am very trouble with this product qty, There have come deep scratches in watch, hence wise i am unable to use this watch regularly, Requesting you please help me on same. Hi... i am Rati Arora given a wrist watch for dial changing last 21-Sep-16 is almost one month but till date i don't get a single reply from the concern shop.
i have called so many time but this landline number once a time the people picked the call and told me you will get the call from our side

I have been looking for a bluestrap of 9253spa but it is not available at fastrack stores in ahmedabad. I want the solution for this anyhow as it is very costly watch. Can you help me to get the spare strap (blue) and tell me how/where to get ?

I have been trying to reach Titan on daily basis but they are not responding through email and call. I am tired of this issue. Please let me know what to do further.
I got a watch, I don't like that so I need to exchange it.
