I have purchased new fast track watch in authorised show room on march-2017 i have given my watch to repair at same show room after 10 i visted they have given my watch work completed but while i have that watch not repair till date

Maine Fastrack watch model number NG3099SM01, 06/05/2017 ko purchase kiya tha, abhitak 2 time maine use service centre main repair karwa chuka hu, per abhi bhi meri watch 12 hours main band ho jaati hi.
Plz meri problem ko solve kare or meri watch ko replace kar ke new watch provide kare.
