[Resolved] Fastrack — men watch stopped working within 3 month | |||
Model: 38015pl04 It has been 6 month now, i bought a new watch from fastrack. It stopped working for 4th time. The customer service center issued it is because of battery loose contact, after a visit is continue to works for a week and again stops working. At the 4th visit they told me it is due to some contact issue and submitted my watch for 3 days, and returned to me. What should i do. The cost of this watch is around 3000. I share this to my friends and some of them have the same experience with fastrack. I need a refund. I dont need any replacement from fastrack, the details are registered in the service center. Place of purchase: fastrack showroom, near kfc calicut, opp. Kurishupall, mavoor road. Service centre : near titan watches, opp. Ksrtc bus stand, mavoor road. Calicut.
