Respected Sir / Madam.

I hereby request to get the replacement of my gear which is faulty by the fastrack itself,
Purchased at shoppers Stop ltd, viviana mall, Thane west.21/4/2016, Mdl no.(p318bu1).
Regarding the gear I have complaint to the fastrack shop but no result still, it has been not used for a single day as on in the box it was in the same condition as u can see on the photo, I am been fooled by the shop they showed me a good one but while packing it may have been changed so i plzz request you to get me exchanged.
