[Resolved] Fastrack — Poor service | |||
I have a fastrack wrist watch bearing model number 1230SM01. I am using this watch for more than 2 years with no complaint. Few days before, I had a small problem in my battery. I gave my watch to my nearby Titan service station in Karur, Tamilnadu. The problem had been solved. But when I reached my home, I found my back cover missing. When I contacted them, they adamantly said that it was my fault and I would have lost it purposely. Am I a crack?? I am deeply disappointed with your service. When I contacted other Titan showrooms, they told that the back cover alone cant be available alone. They said the entire case should be bought which costs almost half of my watch's price.
