Fastrack — Rude customer service not exchanging the product within 15 days

I recently bought a watch to gift smone but unfrtnately it was not her choice so i went to exchange it within 15 days bt frm there i got really rude rply tht we can not exchange the product now. D watch is as it is with tag attached to it but still they are not entertaining the exchange really dissapointed.

I have changed my leather strap on last May 2017. Its genuine leather.
Now it got complaint. The product is not good, and i brought it from Titan show room.Please check the attached photos for the same.

Watch again stop working
