Fastrack — Smartwatch

I am using Fastrack Limitless FS1 Pro Smart Watch since Aug 2023. Since last few days the watch has started continuously automatically restarting. It restarts waits for 10 seconds and then again switches off and restarts again. Tried resetting and formatting many a times nothing worked. Even the biggest showroom in the town is unable to help me out. Can you please help me in this regard or it leads to just throwing the stuff out. My full family uses smart watch of same brand so your prompt response is requested.
