[Resolved] Fastrack — Strap discolour | |||
Hi Team, Thanks for your response. As suggested I contacted your service center (WORLD OF TITAN Premises Bearing No 47, Bungalow Road, Kamala Nagar New Delhi-110009) on[protected] and the executive is saying that as the strap is made of suede leather so it will get dirty and they don't have any solution to it nor they will be able to help me out.Further they suggested me to change the strap as suede leather has the problem of fading. I have been a regular customer of Titan (Loyalty No.[protected] and have bought this watch on 12th Apr. I never expected this kind of services from a brand like titan, if this is the case then this type of product should not be sold in the market. Kindly help me out with a solution.
