Fastway — Faulty box given 3 times | |||||
I have fastway connection from 5 years. My box was faulty 3 months ago . I visited the office, the executive gave there box which worked for a week after that was again faulty, then again my father visited office and they gave another box. Surprisingly i came home and installed box and it did not work, next day i went to office again and they said they forgot to upgrade the audio software, after waiting there for 1 hour they gave me another used box which was looking quite worn out and it is now giving problem again..In between 1 month ago they disconnected my other connection and then i again have to visit office as i have twin connections, they said by mistake sub connection was removed from my account surprisingly i was using twin connection from last 2 years, It seems everything is falling from FASTWAY and their services are deteriorating day by day. AND Last from last week the box is again faulty and it takes 15 minutes to start off and gets hanged in between changing channels. Now i am fed uo with visiting fastway office at chotti baradari and has complained to local guy, he says you have to visit office as they dont have buffer of set top boxes. And i am not looking forward to going to office, instead i will change the operator and get TATA Sky installed as their service is very good.
