Fastway - Slowway — Complaint

Really very much disappointed with the fastway service, its been almost 6 days and my cable problem is still
Not solved, well i would like to draw ur attention towards the local operator, worst and ill mannered, i hv
Told the operator to activate the silver package but i don't know which pckg is activated as they don't provide the bill although i ask for the bill every time, second they cut the cable i[censored] register a complaint against them,
I registered my first complaint on 24th dec but its not resolved yet, i know the operator is intentionally troubling
Because it has been happened bfr once we pay them for service, cable often start to trouble till their next paymeny and due to their this behavior almost all people in my society has switched to dishtv, second complaint is regarding customer service whn i called up to know the status of my first complaint which was recorded as resolved without my feedback and then they again register the same problem with different complaint
Id in 26th dec, do lemme know plz whn ur cc and cable operator are planning to resolve the problem, although fastway has already failed their commitment of 8 hrs problem solution but still i am hoping that atleast the managment won't disappoint their customers otherwise do lemme know should i also switch to
Dishtv..
The error is 104 signal not found, all the wires are properly attached, also cable do play intervally so obviously no problem at my end...

Today i called up at chd office[protected] to change the operator. A lady picked up the call and asked about the network detail and the name of operator (Which i dint know as different people come to collect the payment ans as i already stated they don’t provide the bill) and how she reacted to it “aap parhe likhe ho aapke paas ye details honi chahiye”. No wonders now why fastway services are worst. When the people working in offices are so smart how can expect service to be good.

One word to describe the overall experience and service is “pathetic”.
