[Resolved] Federal Bank — About online banking | |
Hello sir my name is Anu surendran iam an NRI, last month i got an NRE account on your federal bank Karakonam branch.I received my Atm card after long time like 3weeks that not only the problem.Now I can't register my online banking facility in your website.I tried number of times but every time it shows the first step of online banking registration is failed due to that already registered by bank..But still I didn't get my user name and password.so that iam contacted that bank, but they said they can't do any thing about that .They said you call customer care and tell your problems with them ..Now iam totally not satisfaction about your bank dealing of a customer ..Now iam just waiting 2 more days, if your bank couldn't take any necessary action then I will cancel my account from your bank...Thank you.
