Federal Bank — Amount not reflected

The amount was transferred to my account, but it was not reflected.
The payee has sent the receipt that shows the amount has been successfully transferred but it is not shown in my balance.
Kindly help me out.
I have attached the receipt, kindly find a solution to it.
