I have applied for OneCard Credit Card issuing bank is Federal Bank, they claim to give within 3 minutes. I have filled in the application and got the partial approval just kyc was pending I completed the Video KYC same day, the Officer informed me within 15 mins the KYC will be updated and I’ll receive card within few days. It’s been 3 month my application is still stuck at KYC page. I have emailed the FPL Tech Team (OneCard Team) more than a few times and they reply the same drafted format the application will update automatically. They have not looked into the matter with serious note and not willing to solve the issue. They are not indicating what’s the problem.
