Hi, I had tried to make atm transaction dated on 31/8/19 at 10.34 am at your thelliyoorkavu branch atm. Rs. 15000/- deducted from my ac but i did not receive cash. I already informed to bank and registered complaint. Customer care person told me wait 7 days. Please do the needful revert the transaction amount back to my ac.
