I want to file a complaint against a bank officer called arun nair at thathampally branch, alappuzha. I was deeply offended by his rude behavior towards me and other customers. He's ill-tempered and impolite and he is not having a respect for even older people who visit the bank. I've noticed most of the customers including me who visit the above mentioned bank branch are from the rural area. The attitude of the officer towards customers especially older people is very rude and cannot be tolerated. Sometimes, he breaches the limit and argues with the customers without considering their age. I had a bad experience from this officer today morning when i visited the bank office.. I visited the bank branch to know about the wrongly deduction of money from my bank account twice. He did not give me the reason why the money from my account was debited. When i asked him, he became very angry. He shouted at me for no reason and asked me to come back the next day. He angrily said most of the officers were on leave and he could not deal with my grievance because of the hefty work at office. I was deeply offended because this was the first experience in my life. I never blame entire bank official for the ungracious act of a bank employee. I think it's not wise to blame all officers for the mistakes of a short-tempered man. I will not do that. But i must say this it's not private bank plus he is not an owner (As he arrogantly behaves) of the bank at all. He must know the fact that customers who visit the bank are nicely treated and their grievances are properly taken care of. The dictator-like-attitude can not be tolerated because i believe i have my own rights in this democratic country. I must also say i've my own tolerance limit as a human being. This's the bank in which i've account. So i've to visit the bank frequently. The unmannerly behavior of this officer will discourage me from visiting the bank branch again because i don't want get offended by this office again and again. Nobody wants it. If this officer behaves in a dictatorial manner.. The worst suffer will be the federal bank and its valuable customers not the arrogant officer. I think he doesn't need to care about that...
