[Resolved]  Federal Bank — Could not connect customer care executive

We have taken a agrigold loan of amount of rs 1, 75, 000 on 07/11/2015 and date of closure was 07/11/2016. When we went to bank to pay the interest and renewal it the bank is telling us to pay the total amount along with interest of around 1, 87, 239/-. We are not in the situation to pay such huge amount right now so we have to get loan from other bank or people. For this i need help so i called through your number i. E.,[protected],[protected] its taking long time to connect to customer executive. Do we pan for repayment of loan or aadhar card is enough?
