[Resolved] Federal Bank — disgusting customer services | |||
Its been more than six months that i have opened an account with federal bank but to my amazement despite of several requests and complaints i haven't got my ATM card yet. Made several visits to the home branch, then the branch near to me, then called on customer care numbers to lodge fresh service requests and complaints a number of times but all in vain, I have not been given any solution to the problem yet. I am really fed up with the mismanagement and bad treatment of the customer care officers and the employees of my home branch. Was this information helpful? | |||

Federal Bank cheated My son in loan sanctioning and are not ready to accept the mistake even after we wanted to restructure, charged higher interest, higher processing fees. They have no regrets caused me severe loss and are using delaying and black mailing tactics with sarfasei act 2002 . they evaded proper law to usurp my property. Nasty bank never to trust . want to enjoy on customers situation and circumstances.Does not work in the interest of the customers. cheating bank
