Worst recharge experience with Federal Bank FastTag. Both netbanking and UPI (PayTM) transaction failed after money was deducted. Every time the control is returned to the Fedbank page after successful payment (gateway) it would freeze leaving orphaned transactions. Poor tech support leaves customers at loss.

Transaction 1: Date 12Apr22 for Rs.607. Amount debited 616.44 including taxes and charges. Netbanking payment gateway chosen on Fedbank FastTag portal. ICICI bank Transaction reference: [protected]

Transaction 2: Date 12Apr22 for Rs.107. PayTM payment gateway chosen on Fedbank FastTag portal. Transaction reference: UPI Ref No.[protected] to UPI ID:[protected]@fbl
