Federal Bank — federal bank easy payment transaction not credited to beneficiary account | |||||
I have done a transaction through easy payments to our apartment association towards maintenance fee on 16th jan 2017. Somewhere in august 2017 the auditor of our apartments identified that the transaction was not reflecting in their accounts as well as their bank statements (Both current and savings). I tried contacting customer care but they said they can't help with easypayment. As per the information given by them i visited r. T. Nagar branch office (Pincode: 560032) on 4th september and explained my case. The asst manager at the office suggested me drop and email so that she can follow up with the concerned authority. From then on whenever i call them i get a response saying the concerned team is looking into it and will get back by eod. I have called at least 6 times in 23 days but didn't get a response or resolution. Kindly help me with tracing the transaction and getting my money back. Copy of the email that i sent to them is as follows: "hi sir/madam, I have made a transaction of inr 8280/- on 16th january 2017 through federal bank easy payments to the acoount named 'shriram srishti apartments association'. However the amount is not credited to the payees account yet. Could you please track the transaction through reference number and find out to which account the amount is credited.! Kindly help me get my money back if it is not transferred to any of the following account numbers. Screenshot attached.
